Veronica can arrange private inspections – or walk you through virtually - of properties best matched with your brief.
Shortlist of Properties
Together you will evaluate and Veronica will advise on your property shortlist.
Due Diligence
Contract review, strata, building and pest reports; Veronica will ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.
Negotiation and Exchange
Finding your property is only half the battle, securing it for you for the best possible price is Veronica’s goal.
Pre-Settlement Inspection and Settlement
Veronica will complete the pre-settlement inspection on your behalf or with you. She will liaise with your legal team and agent to ensure settlement runs smoothly.
